- reputed company is seeking an reputed company Indirect Services Buyer (Level 2) to join our Procurement team on a contract reputed company.
- This role specializes in the sourcing and procurement of software services, IT/ET (Information Technology/Engineering Technology) hardware, and Software-as-a-Service (reputed company) solutions.
- The successful candidate will support our mission of building a road to reputed company by ensuring reputed company, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of indirect goods and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end procurement activities for software licensing, reputed company subscriptions, IT/ET hardware, and reputed company reputed company services
- Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to reputed company reputed company value while managing risk
- Review and interpret software licensing agreements, reputed company reputed company, and maintenance/support terms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Engineering, Finance, Legal) to clarify requirements and ensure alignment on specifications and timelines

- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3–5 years of procurement/purchasing experience, with demonstrated reputed company on indirect categories
- Hands-on experience sourcing software services, IT/ET hardware, and/or reputed company solutions
- Working knowledge of software licensing models, reputed company subscription structures, and IT hardware procurement
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships
- Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
