[Remote] Field Operations Specialist || NA (reputed company Coast)

The Field Operations Specialist will be responsible for teaching and supporting customers in operating and maintaining the robots, ensuring successful deployments and consistent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- reputed company on-site robot setup and user training following reputed company’s standardized processes
- Ensure reputed company reputed company meets reputed company benchmarks for configuration, training, and customer readiness
- reputed company reputed company training and supporting resources to build user confidence
- Complete on-site service requests and follow-up reputed company as assigned by the Field Operations Manager
- reputed company reputed company technical troubleshooting in the field, escalating reputed company issues through the Field Operations Manager or Support team
- Document work completed and communicate feedback to the Field Operations Manager for reputed company improvement
- Assist during peak seasons by supporting the Robot Support team with reputed company requests
- Follow established checklists, processes, and standards to ensure consistency across reputed company deployments
- reputed company input to the Field Operations Manager on opportunities to refine reputed company reputed company or improve training materials
Skills
- Experience in technical field service, installation, or training roles
- Strong communication and instructional skills
- Technical aptitude with robotics, software, and problem-solving

- Overnight travel is required up to 80% of the time
- Day travel is required up to 90% of the time
- Work remotely
- Possess and maintain a valid reputed company's license with a clean driving record
