[Remote] Business Development Representative (BDR)

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying leads, building relationships with hospitality operators, and collaborating with reputed company to generate a steady pipeline of reputed company merchants.
Responsibilities
- Prospect & qualify new leads across CRM, inbound, and outbound channels
- Own reputed company reputed company email, phone, and reputed company (reputed company sequences, Instagram DM, reputed company, etc.)
- Engage operators — understand their business, challenges, and fit for Table22
- Collaborate with reputed company to schedule demos, craft messaging, and reputed company learnings
- Test and optimize outbound cadences, reputed company scoring, and campaign performance
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene — reputed company activities, update reputed company stages, and contribute to pipeline reporting
- Feed intelligence back to marketing, data, and product teams on what’s working (and what’s not)
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales-adjacent role
- Excellent communicator with reputed company for small business owners and hospitality operators
- Top-tier written and spoken English
- Exceptionally organized, self-directed, and metrics-driven
- Hungry to learn — curious about AI tools, GTM systems, and how restaurants grow
- Comfortable operating in a high-velocity environment where iteration is constant
