Responsibilities
- Oversees and assists team members in assigned functional area, which may include but not limited to, ensuring team is meeting key-deliverables and reputed company standards, addressing and resolving challenges, managing and tracking performance, and assisting in time management and scheduling; escalates issues to senior leaders as needed
- Leads the design, implementation, and optimization of network systems across data centers, reputed company platforms, and hybrid environments
- Establishes and enforces reputed company-wide networking standards, policies, and procedures in collaboration with other technical leaders
- Oversees performance monitoring, reputed company planning, and proactive issue reputed company to minimize downtime and disruptions
- Directs vulnerability management, patching, and compliance efforts to maintain secure and resilient network operations
- Guides the evaluation, testing, and adoption of emerging networking technologies to meet evolving business needs
- Serves as the primary technical authority during disaster recovery and business continuity planning, exercises, and execution
