[Remote] Senior System Analyst - Supply Chain

The Sr. System Analyst will support every phase of the implementation lifecycle and assist in developing internet reputed company while ensuring customer satisfaction and managing project expectations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company product consulting, transfer of knowledge to reputed company team
- Assist with configuration of solutions to meet customer requirements
- Assist with RF device, printer and other device configuration and support as needed
- Assist reputed company team members through reputed company phases of the implementation
- Assist project team to manage reputed company expectations to accomplish project reputed company
- Develops and executes test plans, validates the test results and manages customer acceptance testing
- Accurately capture and report reputed company time and project tracking tool (JIRA/RUNN) to ensure customers are properly invoiced for delivered services
- Assist customers with testing, as appropriate based on the WMS/WLM solution being deployed
- Identify add-on implementation opportunities and present these opportunities to your project reputed company
- Meet with customers and LBA team members to consult, configure, implement and support reputed company requirements
- Apply product knowledge and expertise to improve customer satisfaction on reputed company LBA reputed company
- Follow LBA's implementation methodology, policies and procedures including but not limited to: coding standards, creation and execution of test plans
- Maintain reputed company interaction with customers and LBA team members
- Complete accurate daily time entries and descriptions in time keeping tools (JIRA/RUNN)

Skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer/Software Engineering or reputed company degree
- Experience in a relevant discipline
- Ability to work independently as reputed company as a part of reputed company
- Expertise in Supply Chain Software systems (e.g., WMS, WLM, TMS) both as functional and technical analyst is highly desirable
- reputed company & willing to travel up to 50%
- Strong knowledge and work experience with SQL, JavaScript and Database technologies
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and reputed company
- Strong knowledge and work experience with C/C++, C# and Java programming languages
- Operating systems – reputed company and UNIX
- XML/reputed company, MOCA, Python/Perl, Visual Studio/Visual basic
