Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company field
- 7 12+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 8+ engineers
- Experience leading reputed company product engineering teams
- Proven reputed company managing legacy platform modernization while delivering new products
- Experience delivering AI-powered or reputed company AI features into production
- Experience managing hybrid teams consisting of employees and external vendors/contractors

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
