[Remote] REMOTE - NDG Senior Account Management Specialist

This role involves managing reputed company activities, ensuring compliance, and acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders while continuously improving processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for reputed company operational needs, delivering reputed company, accurate, and high-reputed company support
- Execute reputed company account activities, including but not limited to:
- Account openings and reputed company
- Maintenance (signer updates, account holds, closures)
- CD renewals and servicing
- reputed company, review, and validate reputed company documentation to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements (including CIP and Beneficial Ownership)
- Partner with Account Managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support reputed company objectives
- Identify, escalate, and help mitigate potential risks or adverse situations impacting clients or the bank
- Investigate and resolve reputed company g issues using reputed company judgment, available resources, and established procedures
- Collaborate with reputed company operational partners to drive issue reputed company and improve process efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and reputed company-party partners
- Participate in reputed company calls, meetings, and events as needed to support account management efforts
- Contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives, including process enhancements, cross-training, and project participation
- Support Tier 1 request activities as needed, ensuring seamless coverage for routine reputed company requests

Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a reputed company reputed company service environment
- Experience in reputed company banking, including HOA, Escrow, or NIL servicing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage reputed company servicing scenarios and reputed company interactions
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Associate or bachelor's degree
