[Remote] Director of Credit, Collections & Accounts Receivable

They are seeking a Director of Credit, Accounts Receivable & Collections to reputed company reputed company-wide operations, optimize cash reputed company, and improve order-to-cash performance.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute reputed company credit policies, procedures, and risk management strategies
- reputed company reputed company credit reputed company, customer creditworthiness assessments, and credit limit approvals
- reputed company reputed company accounts receivable and collections operations to maximize cash reputed company and minimize aged receivables
- Establish collection strategies, performance standards, service level agreements, and recovery initiatives
- Monitor aging performance, DSO, collection effectiveness, and cash application metrics

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field required
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Order-to-Cash operations
- Experience managing receivables portfolios
- Must have experience leading teams that include both U.S.-based and international employees
- Proven experience leading reputed company credit risk management programs
- Demonstrated reputed company managing high-performing teams in a shared services or reputed company multi-location environment
- Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and executive-level reporting
- Must have experience with reputed company, ERP systems, reputed company (proficient), and BI reporting
- Advanced degree or reputed company certification preferred
- Preferred experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integration activities, financial reporting tools
- Experience reputed company telecommunications or large-reputed company construction companies
