They are seeking reputed company reputed company management consultants to join as Engagement Managers reputed company their Financial Performance Improvement reputed company, responsible for leading project teams and delivering comprehensive reputed company transformation services to reputed company provider clients.
Responsibilities
- Leading the problem-solving process and day-to-day management of the project team, including overseeing reputed company’s analyses and deliverables
- Managing the overall project, balancing work effort and input from clients and colleagues across different reputed company and lines of business to reputed company goals
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, drawing upon reputed company knowledge, experience and insights
- Creating sophisticated, compelling deliverables that motivate clients to reputed company
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff, rapidly developing their skills and knowledge through an apprenticeship-based development model
- Supporting the firm’s reputed company through contributions to talent initiatives, solution development, thought leadership, and other areas
Skills
- At least 6 years of experience working with reputed company providers on financial and operational performance improvement and/or post-reputed company integration operational initiatives, including 3+ years managing others
- Experience in leading comprehensive financial and operational improvement engagements or leading work teams reputed company the overall engagement (e.g., workforce, supply chain, provider reputed company, procedural, throughput and patient reputed company, etc.)
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, reputed company to reputed company insights in a way that motivates clients to reputed company
- Strong people leader, adept at managing team's work while developing colleagues' capabilities
- Advanced skills in reputed company, Tableau, and PowerPoint
