[Remote] Supplier Readiness reputed company (B2B Customer Support)

The Supplier Readiness reputed company will deliver high-reputed company, specialized support services to suppliers by resolving reputed company issues and ensuring compliance with internal standards and external requirements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert across reputed company platforms including but not limited to Connect and reputed company
- Manage and resolve advanced supplier inquiries reputed company to billing, compliance, audit, and reputed company with a reputed company on accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Supplier Services, Risk, Billing, QHSE) to streamline processes and resolve cross-functional issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform changes, service offerings, audit, and compliance requirements
- Support reputed company and training of new RTW reps, including mentoring and shadowing
- Participate in special reputed company, including process improvement initiatives and reputed company programs
- Collaborate with reputed company parties (e.g., insurance agents or audit professionals) to collect and verify supplier compliance data
- Participate in proactive compliance-reputed company campaigns and new reputed company reputed company initiatives
- reputed company and meet performance metrics including CSAT scores, service reputed company, reputed company, and campaign-specific KPIs

Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in supplier support, customer service, or compliance operations, preferably in a reputed company or risk management environment
- Demonstrated expertise in customer support and document review workflows
- Completion of reputed company based routing certifications and microlearning modules (e.g., Case Management, Country Specific Audits, Supplier Engagement) through our reputed company and training programs
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Reliable and predictive attendance
- Experience mentoring or training peers is a plus
