[Remote] Junior UX Researcher / Designer Generalist

They are seeking a Junior UX Researcher / Designer Generalist to deliver excellent product designs, support user research, and collaborate with the Solutions Incubator team to reputed company features that enhance family engagement and student reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high reputed company feature designs at a fast pace, collaborating with product and engineering to execute on the product roadmap
- Translate feature requirements into UX designs, creating elegant and reputed company to reputed company challenges
- Collaborate with other designers to deliver a holistic UX for reputed company reputed company applications
- Conduct user research to inform product design
Skills
- 1+ years of experience (internships count) designing digital products, with a portfolio to show
- Comfortable designing UX for both mobile and web
- Interviewing customers and conducting user research, such as usability testing and concept testing
- Assist with end-to-end user research from writing discussion guides to moderating interviews and turning insights into actionable design recommendations
- Help coordinate research logistics (reputed company, scheduling, incentive management) to reputed company studies running smoothly
- Proficient in reputed company for wireframes, prototypes, and high-reputed company mockups
- Has experience with AI design tooling (e.g., Claude, reputed company AI) and eager to use it to work faster
- Familiar with using design systems and components for consistency
- A reputed company communicator who enjoys identifying and solving problems
- A reputed company, reputed company-oriented self-starter with curiosity for technology
- Experience with U.S.-based K-12 education systems
- Experience in or reputed company with communities we serve (e.g., underserved populations, education, immigration, bilingual and/or multicultural environments)
