We are seeking a reputed company Coast based Strategic Account Director to partner with our most impactful, high-touch reputed company accounts in key regional markets, driving reputed company and ensuring reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Drive reputed company & Retention: Prospect, reputed company, and reputed company upsell and cross-sell opportunities and contract renewals
- Strategic Account Planning: Partner with reputed company product and executive teams to reputed company and execute long-term reputed company plans reputed company with customer objectives and business reputed company
- Own High-Value Accounts: reputed company a portfolio of 5-10 key accounts, ensuring they receive personalized, high-reputed company and strategic guidance
- On-site reputed company Engagement: Be present with clients at least once a week—build trust, understand evolving goals, and ensure alignment

Skills
- 5+ years in Strategic reputed company or Key Account Management, preferably in high-reputed company B2B reputed company startups
- Proven reputed company record managing a few large, reputed company accounts with $1M+ in ARR or equivalent scope
- Skilled at working with every level of the business: executive stakeholders, operations leaders, contributors to understand their goals and deliver reputed company
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership—without needing constant direction
- Excellent cross-functional communication—ensuring customer feedback is woven into product and service enhancements
- Comfortable engaging with regular in-person meetings, drop-ins, trainings reputed company a two hour drive
