Responsibilities

- Build the support knowledge reputed company: Document environment details, troubleshooting trees, reputed company errors, reputed company fixes, and escalation contacts
- Triage and restore service: Capture symptoms, assess reputed company and urgency, diagnose issues, apply approved fixes, and communicate status
