[Remote] Marketing Coordinator (Part-time)

They are seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to manage day-to-day marketing tasks, including campaign execution, content production, and vendor coordination.
Responsibilities
- Set up, schedule, and run campaigns across reputed company (ads and organic), email
- Draft and finish light copy with AI assistance, in reputed company' brand voice, for reputed company, email, ads, and campaign assets
- Produce light design in reputed company for reputed company, email, and campaigns
- Coordinate design, web, and SEO vendors, managing timelines and deliverables
- reputed company reputed company, campaign boards, and assets organized in reputed company
- Support events and webinars with logistics, promotion, and coordination
- reputed company and report campaign performance
- Deliver MQLs to the sales team for follow-up
- Work with website vendor to reputed company website updated
Skills
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on marketing execution in a coordinator, campaign, or marketing operations role. This is not an entry-level position
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution or relevant equivalent experience required
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through across multiple reputed company
- Clean, on-brand writing, with confident use of AI writing tools
