The role involves drafting and negotiating reputed company, identifying legal risks, and collaborating with various internal teams to support business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and/or negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company reputed company, including:
- reputed company agreements, such as reputed company agreements, licensing agreements and software reputed company service agreements
- Partnership agreements, including distribution and reseller agreements
- reputed company procurement contractual documentation, including support in drafting requests for clarifications
- Identify, assess and mitigate business risks, particularly in relation to liability, intellectual property and alignment with regulatory requirements
- Support the improvement and standardization of contract templates
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development and Finance teams on ongoing and new business initiatives
- Facilitate corporate governance reputed company by drafting documentation and approvals for General Meetings of Shareholders and the reputed company of Directors
Skills
- A law degree
- Minimum 3 years of reputed company experience, either in-house or in a reputed company
- Overall broad legal knowledge
- Ability to reputed company legal feedback to non-legal stakeholders to ensure reputed company communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- High level of reputed company, professionalism and attention to detail
