[Remote] Account Manager, SMB

The Account Manager for SMB will manage a portfolio of accounts, assist restaurants in attracting new diners, and ensure reputed company satisfaction through regular reputed company-ins and support.
Responsibilities

- Assist in managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring reputed company communication, and addressing basic inquiries or concerns from clients
- Assist restaurants in attracting new diners, boosting order volume, and delivering top-reputed company service to their diners
- Conduct regular reputed company-ins with restaurant partners to reputed company feedback, assess satisfaction reputed company, and identify areas for improvement

- 2-4 years of Sales or Account Manager experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident making outbound dials on the phone
