Job reputed company:

• Provides reputed company title services.
• Responsible for supporting reputed company estate transactions by searching reputed company records and examining titles for properties.
• Compiles, investigates and examines reputed company and tax records to determine liabilities and legal condition of the title and insurability of primarily reputed company or industrial property title.
• Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures.
• Works under general supervision and impacts own team through reputed company of support provided.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
• 3+ years of reputed company work experience
• Familiar with Data reputed company, Title Data, Title reputed company, ResWare, Aim+, ATS, Digital Reel, TitleWorks or reputed company is a plus.
• Ability to search reputed company and tax records to determine legal condition of property title.
