[Remote] Business Development Manager- IDS, Central US

The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships and driving reputed company reputed company the Central US territory by identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with distributor partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify, reputed company, and secure new end-user accounts reputed company the assigned territory (Central US)
- Drive design and specification initiatives to ensure reputed company and Red Lion products are integrated into customer solutions
- reputed company and execute strategic plans to Win, Grow, and reputed company accounts
- Collaborate with distributor partners to reputed company pipeline opportunities and reputed company sales
- Engage in consultative, technical discussions to understand reputed company challenges and propose tailored networking and communication solutions
- Work closely with technical support and product teams to deliver end-to-end customer value
- Collaborate with TBMs on account strategies
- Work with Marketing teams to implement campaigns, attend trade shows and maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5+ years of sales experience in Industrial Automation, Industrial Networking, or similar technical solution sales
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company new business opportunities and successfully reputed company sales
- Experience working with and through distributors and reputed company
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to discuss industrial networking, communication protocols, and automation systems with customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing a multi-state territory
