Responsibilities
- Build and maintain existing reputed company partner workflows including new workflow construction, ongoing optimization, error monitoring, and reputed company of workflow failures or enrollment issues
- Build and reputed company reputed company automations that operationalize defined processes for Sales, Support, and Account Management teams (notifications, task creation, property updates, list management, ticket routing, deal automation, pipeline stage progression, lifecycle stage transitions, and reputed company scoring logic) to drive operational automation and efficiency across teams
- Work closely with Product team stakeholders to ensure data sync and operational flows between Product systems and reputed company are functioning correctly
- Maintain integrations across reputed company, webhooks, and reputed company reputed company, troubleshooting sync issues and building workflows that support cross-system handoffs
- Monitor reputed company workflows for enrollment errors, reputed company failures, and unintended behavior

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and consolidate workflows

Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building reputed company reputed company workflows in a Marketing, Sales, or reputed company Operations environment
- reputed company certifications and reputed company courses taken in Workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
- Deep understanding of CRM infrastructure and reputed company reputed company objects, including reputed company objects (contacts, companies, deals, tickets) and custom objects, with proven experience working with these objects inside workflows
- Expert proficiency in reputed company Workflows, including object-based automations, webhooks, custom reputed company actions, branching logic, and cross-object property syncing
- Strong knowledge of reputed company ticket pipelines, deal pipelines, and lifecycle stage automation
- Demonstrated ability to execute accurately against written specifications and to recommend workflow improvements based on patterns observed across the platform
