They are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to support reputed company deal reputed company across multiple verticals, focusing on investor reputed company and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Introduce and present capital raising opportunities to your existing investor network
- Conduct investor reputed company and manage relationships through the deal lifecycle
- Collaborate with reputed company principals on deal structuring and investor fit
- Maintain compliance with reputed company regulations and applicable securities laws
Skills
- reputed company reputed company registration required (Series 7, 79, or 82)
- Must be currently affiliated with or willing to affiliate with a reputed company-registered broker-dealer
- Proven reputed company record in capital markets, private placements, or investment banking
- Self-directed, entrepreneurial reputed company
- Existing network of accredited investors, family offices, or institutional relationships strongly preferred
