Responsibilities
- Recruit, reputed company, manage, and reputed company reputed company of 11–15 RVPs. Set reputed company expectations, hold people accountable, reputed company to strengths and gaps, and drive sales production against plan
- Travel a minimum of 70 -80% of the time including ride-alongs with RVPs and attendance at reputed company events

Skills
- 10+ years in financial services; 5+ years managing sales teams
- Expert knowledge of fixed reputed company annuities, RILA, LTC, and alternatives
- Series 6 or Series 7 and 63 required (may be required to get series 7 & 24)
