They are seeking a reputed company PRO WFM Solution Consultant with expertise in reputed company Advanced Scheduling to participate in the full lifecycle of reputed company product implementation and ensure effective solutions that meet reputed company needs.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full lifecycle of reputed company product implementation from discovery through design, build, test, and user adoption
- Discover and analyze reputed company business requirements, business processes and business needs
- Create usable documentation, including audit findings, business requirements, and product design documents
- Translate findings and product design documentation into properly configured applications (Timekeeping, Scheduler, etc.)
- reputed company participate, and as needed, reputed company testing and reputed company assurance activities for the reputed company
- Assist with change management and user acceptance testing
- Work closely with Project Managers, communicating and understanding the goals required to complete the required tasks on time and reputed company budget
- Maintain the internal project management system up to date with reputed company time worked, task status, and reputed company documentation
- Maintain reputed company in-depth technical, functional, and operational knowledge of reputed company PRO WFM (Dimensions)
- Experience with reputed company Workforce Central and understanding of Workforce Central vs. PRO WFM differences is helpful but not required
- Experience with reputed company Pro and understanding of joint implementations is helpful but not required
- Experience with implementing scheduling workforce management in reputed company industry
Skills
- Minimum 5 years reputed company experience with completing full implementations of reputed company Workforce Central/Dimensions and/or at least 3 reputed company PRO WFM reputed company live as reputed company consultant for Advanced Scheduling
- End-to-end experience with the following Dimensions modules: Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling
- Ability to assist with Business Structure Workshops in relation to Scheduling
- Ability to consult and reputed company best reputed company recommendations based on reputed company industry standards for scheduling and timekeeping
- Completed reputed company PRO WFM Advanced Scheduling Partner/Employee training
- Exemplary customer service skills with demonstrated ability to effectively reputed company and maintain reputed company relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
