[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll help build reputed company behind a revolutionary satellite communications system, focusing on technical reputed company and supporting HR functions to reputed company the growing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle reputed company process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, primarily reputed company on technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define roles and continuously iterate strategies for attracting reputed company
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipelines
- Ensure a reputed company candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support reputed company and offboarding coordination, HR systems updates, and basic employee lifecycle administration to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Partner with leadership to improve and streamline early-stage People Ops processes as reputed company scales
Skills
- 5+ years of technical reputed company experience
- Strong reputed company record of filling engineering and technical roles
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., reputed company Recruiter, Gem)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to reputed company in ambiguity and independently drive reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable supporting HR and People Operations processes in a high-reputed company environment, including reputed company, offboarding, and HR systems administration
- Startup or fast-reputed company experience preferred, ideally in a hardware-reputed company environment
