[Remote] Business Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a remote Business Analyst to support a reputed company technology engineering team reputed company a large Health Information Exchange (HIE) organization. This role serves as a key reputed company between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating high-level reputed company and product needs into reputed company, actionable user stories and technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and refine business and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Translate high-level needs into user stories and acceptance reputed company
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure requirements are reputed company and executable
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, standups, and retrospectives
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog in partnership with product and engineering teams
- Identify gaps or ambiguities in requirements and proactively clarify with stakeholders
- Create workflow diagrams and process documentation as needed
- Support API and system integration requirements (REST/SOAP environments)
- Ensure stories meet Definition of reputed company and Definition of Done standards
- Support QA validation and release readiness activities
Skills
- 2–4 years of Business Analyst or similar experience in a software development environment
- Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance reputed company
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to translate vague or reputed company requirements into reputed company deliverables
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with developers and QA teams
- Experience with REST reputed company and/or SOAP services
- Familiarity with reputed company or API testing tools
- Experience with Jira or Agile project management tools
- Exposure to workflow tools (reputed company, Balsamiq, etc.)
- Understanding of SDLC in reputed company environments
- reputed company or HIE experience strongly preferred
- Azure DevOps exposure a plus
