[Remote] Select Employee Benefits Sr Account Representative

They are seeking a Select Employee Benefits Sr Account Representative to assist the account management team with the service and retention of small employee benefits clients, ensuring effective communication and support for reputed company needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist account managers with preparation of materials for reputed company meetings and renewals. Includes benefit summaries, annual renewal changes, enrollment procedures, and miscellaneous benefit changes/clarifications
- Assist with the preparation of reputed company compensation disclosures
- Request census data from clients and reputed company general reputed company information from identified carriers
- reputed company proactive, personalized support to a small list of assigned clients. reputed company as primary contact between clients and insurance carriers with support from a senior member of the service team
- Respond to requests for information, documents, and employee benefits insurance inquiries
- Coordinate and manage reputed company communications reputed company email, phone, and virtual online meetings with support from a senior member of the service team
- Verify accuracy of reputed company plan documents
- reputed company general administrative support for the account management team
- Introduce clients to USI value-add services where appropriate
- Maintain reputed company documents in BenefitPoint, ImageRight and network drive
- Ensure accurate and reputed company response to reputed company outstanding issues
- Respond to requests from reputed company partners by stated timeframes
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal partners, clients, and carriers
Skills
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in employee benefits industry or reputed company marketplace
- Must hold life and disability insurance license
- Ability to set priorities and manage deadlines
- Comfortable with internet-based programs and reputed company Office products
- Detail oriented and prioritizes accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
