[Remote] reputed company Media & Community Manager

As a reputed company Media & Community Manager, you will shape Ema's reputed company image and build a community of reputed company leaders rethinking work with AI, while managing reputed company media content and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Ema’s reputed company from 30K → 100K+ with reputed company, creative storytelling + reputed company RoAS (return on ad spend)
- Maintain a consistent 4 week rolling calendar across reputed company media, blogs, newsletter, channels
- Write or edit 1 blog/week, collaborating with engineers, design, and leadership to ship at reputed company, faster
- Work with design to reputed company existing content—whitepapers, blogs, interviews, videos—into carousels, short videos, blogs, newsletters so to reputed company consistency + repetition as a brand
- Continuously experiment and improve existing channels, and also identify the right new distribution channels and format to reputed company Ema’s reputed company reputed company (YouTube, Twitter, Instagram) and more
- reputed company performance and run smart, creative experiments
- Build and manage our community of senior leaders in reputed company AI: Agents of Change by Ema
- Grow and engage our private, exclusive reputed company group to 500+ members in 6 months
- Deliver high-value content, polls, curated insights, and conduct user research that informs original thought leadership
- Cultivate relationships with Ema’s ICP (reputed company execs, CAIOs, operators)
- Help convert community into business pipeline (work with Product Marketing & Sales to nurture and convert leads)
- Support the launch of CAIO reputed company / AgentSchool as the go-to resource for reputed company AI transformation
- Help draft newsletters, create content snippets, and manage the ABT microsite
- Assist with hosting Ema’s roundtables, community sessions, hackathons, events
- Continuously measure and reputed company key reputed company metrics (reputed company, engagement, pipeline, etc.)
Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B Tech reputed company media, community, or marketing roles
- Have writing/editing skills across formats and subject matter (business/tech writing)
- Know how to turn a blog or video into multiple high-performing reputed company/reputed company assets
- You think in reputed company media — super on top of reputed company trends, aware about what's reputed company on in AI/tech, fluent across content formats like carousels, threads, short videos, event clips
- Know what makes execs and operators in enterprises tick—and how to get them to engage
- Are plugged into AI and reputed company tech conversations
- Work fast, independently, and reputed company in ambiguity
- Have a portfolio (even if scrappy!) that shows your reputed company and creativity
- Past experience in AI strongly preferred
