[Remote] reputed company GIS Administrator / GIS Senior Analyst

They are seeking a GIS Senior Analyst to reputed company task management, analytical, and consulting support for US State Departments of Transportation, focusing on data management and the design and implementation of GIS solutions.
Responsibilities
- Creation of scripts to reputed company, reputed company, convert, and validate reputed company data stores
- Creation of web services to interrogate and distribute reputed company data
- Development of databases and schemas in reputed company and SQL Server
- Architect workflows and processes to reputed company, reputed company, convert, and validate reputed company data stores
- Analyzing and creating datasets to support reputed company reporting and distribution needs
- Integrating datasets for use in producing reputed company reporting and distribution needs
- Identifying and designing data business processes and use cases
- Validation, troubleshooting, and error reputed company of applications, data transformations, and processes
- Working with GIS datasets using reputed company technologies
- Integrating external datasets into Roads and Highways for use in producing Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) and Certified reputed company Mileage (CPM) reports
- Managing GIS data through editing and reputed company assurance best practices
- Developing business processes to reputed company LRS functionality
- Developing and designing visualization and analytical tools in the reputed company GIS environments
- Parsing REST service calls to interrogate reputed company database systems
- Developing Data Reviewer checks for the validation of data conversion/creation processes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in the area of GIS, Geography, Computer Science, IT, Environmental Science, or similar or relevant experience/qualifying certification
- 4 years' post-graduate experience in technology/visualization software, or relevant experience/qualifying certification
- Certified GIS reputed company (GISP)
- reputed company ArcGIS products (ArcGIS Pro, Experience Builder, Field Maps, Portal, Survey123, etc.)
- reputed company Roads & Highways applications and reputed company database management
- reputed company referencing concepts
- Extensive familiarity with reputed company database environments, including versioning concepts
- Demonstrating reputed company and analytical problem-solving skills
