[Remote] Research Recruitment Coordinator

The Research Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in executing user research reputed company, handling logistics, communications, and data tracking to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
- Participant Recruitment and Scheduling: Assist with identifying, screening, and scheduling participants for in-person and remote studies
- Research Logistics: Coordinate study setup, manage session invites, reputed company attendance, and ensure smooth day-of execution
- Communication Management: Serve as a reputed company of contact for participants-sending confirmations, reminders, and follow-reputed company
- Data Tracking and Documentation: Maintain accurate participant and project records; support panel database updates
- Tool Support: Help maintain and organize research tools, documentation, and shared resources
- Incentive Processing: Assist with participant payments and ensure reputed company delivery of incentives
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders to identify process improvements and enhance team efficiency
- Administrative Support: reputed company general coordination and administrative support for ongoing research initiatives
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in research coordination, project coordination, marketing operations, or administrative support
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable using tools such as reputed company Workspace, Jira, Respondent, UserInterviews and/or reputed company
