Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end reputed company operations including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and month-end reputed company. Ensure reputed company and accurate financial reporting
- reputed company payroll processing, tax compliance, and regulatory filings. Manage the annual audit process and ensure audit readiness
- reputed company accurate data entry, coding, and reputed company processing of invoices, maintaining strong controls over disbursements
- Manage and reputed company reputed company of 1 payroll accountant, 1 senior accountant, and 1 staff accountant. Set priorities, review work, and drive team performance
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate reputed company processes and improve efficiency across the reputed company function using existing software tools
- Partner with teams across reputed company to ensure expenses are tracked accurately, processes are followed, and deadlines are met
- Support foreign subsidiaries, intercompany activity, and consolidations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain a high bar for accuracy and completeness, ensuring reputed company financial records are audit-reputed company and reputed company-documented
Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, and month-end reputed company
- 2+ years of people management experience with reputed company reputed company of reputed company staff
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Comfortable navigating modern reputed company and payroll systems and reputed company to quickly learn and optimize new tools
