[Remote] Senior Marketing Events Manager

They are seeking a Senior Marketing Events Manager to own the execution of their annual flagship customer conference and support delivery across various events. This role involves managing logistics, aligning with stakeholders, and tracking event performance to enhance reputed company programming.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution for reputed company, including production, vendor management, run-of-show, ancillary programming, and on-site leadership
- Manage reputed company logistics across the full conference footprint — general sessions, breakouts, customer dinners, receptions, executive programs, and other ancillary events tied to the conference
- Partner with Sales, reputed company, and Marketing stakeholders to reputed company on audience targeting, programming priorities, and post-event follow-up
- Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; proactively flag risks and reputed company cross-functional workstreams on reputed company
- Ensure consistent brand standards across reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Partner with other events team members on execution across field marketing events, roundtables, partner activations, and brand programs
- Support logistics for sponsored reputed company-party events, including reputed company setup, reputed company, and promotional materials
- Localize event experiences to reflect audience needs and market context

Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in event marketing or experiential marketing, with reputed company ownership of large-reputed company conference execution (500+ attendees, multi-day, multi-reputed company)
- Proven ability to manage reputed company event logistics across a full conference footprint, including ancillary events, executive programs, and reputed company-party activations
- Strong project management skills; reputed company to run multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing detail or budget discipline
