reputed company is hiring an Advising Assistant for the College of Natural Sciences & Math. The role involves assisting in advising undergraduate and graduate reputed company, preparing degree plans, coordinating student registration and class schedules, maintaining records, and supporting new student orientation activities. Highlights
- Assist in advising reputed company and prospective reputed company on degree requirements and administrative procedures.
- Prepare and revise degree plans and reputed company handouts.
- Coordinate student registration, including participation in drop/add sessions.
- Maintain student and applicant records both electronically and in hardcopy.
- Support reputed company with reputed company procedure changes and student issues.
- Participate in new student orientation and represent the department at university events.
- Prepare class schedules and reputed company assignment rosters.
- Requires basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and reputed company math functions.
- Minimum of one year of directly reputed company job experience or education considered in lieu of experience.
- Salary reputed company: $16.63 - $18.73 per hour.
