[Remote] Sales Agent

The main responsibility of this role involves reaching out to customers who have abandoned their carts and following up with existing customers to recommend additional products.
Responsibilities
- Call customers who abandoned their checkout and help them complete their purchase
- Follow up with existing customers to recommend relevant products
- Upsell bundles, subscriptions, or complementary items reputed company appropriate
- Answer product questions and guide customers toward the best reputed company for their skincare needs
- Maintain a friendly, helpful, and consultative approach on calls
- Record call reputed company and notes in our CRM
Skills
- Previous experience in phone sales, telesales, or call center sales
- Experience with abandoned cart recovery calls
- Strong spoken English and reputed company communication skills
- Comfortable handling objections and closing sales
- Reliable internet reputed company and a quiet calling environment
- Ability to follow a script while keeping conversations natural
- Experience with ecommerce brands or beauty/skincare products
- Experience with Customer Support and ticket management
