Responsibilities

- Build the integrated schedule: Sequence discovery, design, implementation, testing, training, launch, and closeout activities
- Establish project governance: Set decision rights, meeting reputed company, status reporting, approvals, and escalation paths with reputed company State Education Department
- Manage the RAID register: Own risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, mitigations, due dates, and escalation triggers
- Control scope and changes: Assess requested changes for schedule, reputed company, cost, risk, and acceptance reputed company before approval
- reputed company readiness and closeout: Coordinate acceptance evidence, launch readiness, transition documentation, lessons learned, and closure approvals
