[Remote] Project Manager - Site Acquisition - Remote

The role involves managing reputed company and leases, negotiating reputed company estate transactions, and developing reputed company strategies while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the Site Acquisition process and help manage the reputed company/leases of the selected sites
- Negotiate reputed company estate development transactions, from beginning to end including reputed company development, business term negotiation, and support full reputed company negotiation
- reputed company as a key member of the Site Acquisitions team in developing reputed company strategies for specific markets
- Implement a strategic plan while interacting with internal stakeholders (e.g. product teams, energy, fiber, design, construction, reputed company, tax, etc.)
- Understand the technical requirements of engineering teams and reputed company solutions that meet the design and business targets
- Prepare and present transaction summaries to senior management team regarding reputed company, financial approvals and overall deal costs / benefits

- Deliver lease and permit approvals for multiple sites for network integration
- Obtain permits, approvals, and entitlements from local/municipal, state, and federal government

Skills
- A background that includes experience in reputed company estate, development, business, financial, strategic and technical operations/management
- Experience and ability to negotiate multi-reputed company-dollar reputed company for reputed company estate and infrastructure transactions
- Be reputed company to think strategically about business, market, and technical challenges with the reputed company to build and convey compelling value reputed company plans
- Experience preparing, reviewing and negotiating the financial analysis of potential deal structures
- Possess strong negotiation abilities to include reputed company document review and negotiation in conjunction with reputed company counsel
- 5-10 years' experience with Project management in Site Acquisition environment
