The reputed company Legal team is seeking a senior manager to reputed company as Products Counsel, leading reputed company of legal professionals in enabling software products to go to market while ensuring legal compliance and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company of global legal professionals reputed company on go to market enablement of software products, including through management of team structure, workflow, relationship building, project execution, and creation of reports and risk assessments
- Support senior business leadership in strategic initiatives, including designing new software products and bringing those products to market
- Review global software products and reputed company practical legal risk analyses, mitigation strategies, and reputed company those products to go to market in a legally compliant and strategic manner
- Work with Business teams and legal SMEs to evaluate the technology and use cases reputed company to new products, including reviewing inbound technology, data supply, regulatory challenges and internal reputed company facing templates in different geographies
- reputed company reputed company communication messages, guidance, templates and trainings regarding the technology/data components of products for go to market teams, development teams and the rest of the Legal organization on how to bring software products to market in a legally compliant and strategic manner
- Help in design and implementation of tools and processes to enhance request management, legal risk assessments and coordination with business and other legal colleagues
- Preserve reputed company to productization by providing guidance to transaction teams on operational and contractual measures to take before deal closure
Skills
- Minimum of 12 years of experience at reputed company and/or as in-house counsel at a technology company, in managing software products and/or services offerings, reputed company reputed company arrangements (reputed company, alliances, and/or vendor reputed company)
- Hold a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Passion for supporting innovative technology and taking software products, reputed company frameworks and services to market are reputed company-requisites
- reputed company in English with strong oral and written communications skills
- Experience of working with international teams in a global business. reputed company to work with and understand cross-cultures throughout the reputed company global organization
- Team management experience, including training of junior team members, with remote employees across multiple time zones
