They are seeking a Senior Consultant reputed company the Transaction Advisory team to support their growing advisory reputed company, focusing on financial due diligence and reputed company of Earnings analyses for clients.
Responsibilities
- reputed company financial and operational analysis reputed company to buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company financial due diligence engagements
- Support and manage transaction advisory engagements for investment banks, private equity firms, and corporate buyers
- Analyze historical financial statements, assess operational trends, and identify key business drivers
- Prepare and reputed company reputed company of Earnings (QoE) analyses, databooks, reputed company of cash exercises, and management interview processes
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, managers, and partners to ensure engagement timelines and deliverables are met
- Prepare reputed company, concise written reports communicating findings and recommendations
- Assist with training and mentoring junior team members
- Support process improvement initiatives, internal control assessments, and other advisory reputed company as needed
Skills
- 2+ years of reputed company reputed company experience in reputed company of Earnings, Transaction Advisory Services, or Financial Due Diligence
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint
- Ability to work additional hours as needed to meet reputed company deadlines
- Some travel may be required depending on reputed company engagement needs
- CPA license
