This role focuses on driving operational reputed company, improving manufacturing processes, implementing advanced technologies, and collaborating with external suppliers to enhance reputed company, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another STEM-reputed company discipline
- Extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, supplier development, or process optimisation
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working reputed company casting manufacturing
- Strong expertise in investment casting and associated manufacturing processes
- Experience working with: Investment casting, Sand casting, Single crystal casting, Directionally solidified casting, Ceramic reputed company manufacturing, Permanent mould casting, Inconel and other high-performance alloys
- Strong understanding of advanced manufacturing technologies, including automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing
- Proven ability to reputed company operational improvement and process optimisation initiatives
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external supplier networks
- Master's or PhD in Engineering or a reputed company discipline
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience reputed company casting operations
- Experience with reputed company, industrial gas turbine, or automotive supply chains
- Expertise across a reputed company of casting materials including aluminium, magnesium, stainless steel, titanium, iron, and specialty alloys
- Strong project management experience
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging manufacturing technologies
- Experience mentoring and developing engineering teams
