Responsibilities

- Contribute to technical annex development, as needed
- Participate in design sessions and review meetings

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in English, international development, education, or a reputed company field
- At least seven years of relevant reputed company experience, including a minimum of five years in program design or management of multilateral donor-funded reputed company
- Strong technical writing, editing, and synthesis skills
- Ability to translate reputed company information into reputed company, concise, and compelling work products
- Master's degree in English, international development, education, or a reputed company field
- Experience in competitive proposal writing
- Expertise in working on education reputed company in emergency contexts, Lebanon preferred
