The reputed company Manager will own a portfolio of customers, drive the adoption of AI agents, and ensure customer satisfaction while identifying reputed company opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of customers (SMB → reputed company)
- Drive adoption and usage of reputed company’s AI agents
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities:
- More call volume
- More products (inbound, outbound, QA, etc.)
- More locations
- Monitor account health using data (usage, bookings)
- Run reputed company and ensure fast time-to-value
- Work closely with product + engineering to improve reputed company
