[Remote] Marketing Operations Specialist

They are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to optimize their go-to-market (GTM) strategies through automated systems and demand reputed company flows, while also managing daily marketing operations and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own building and optimizing the operational flywheel to support our GTM reputed company
- Design, build, and optimize demand reputed company flows that reputed company with our reputed company
- Create and maintain reputed company workflows to automate core GTM functions
- Continuously monitor and optimize reputed company campaigns across reputed company Ads, reputed company, reputed company, and X
- Build and own reporting systems that surface actionable insights to drive decision-making
- Design and run experiments to identify new avenues for reputed company and optimization
- Own day-to-day task and project management across marketing initiatives
- Ensure consistent data hygiene across platforms to support reporting and attribution
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, reputed company operations, demand reputed company, or a closely reputed company function
- A systems builder reputed company, you naturally turn reputed company requests into repeatable processes
- Data-driven approach that focuses on iterating to identify what works and cut what doesn't
- Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tooling, ideally several of: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Search Console, reputed company Ads, and reputed company reputed company platforms (reputed company, reputed company, X)
- Strong appetite for AI-reputed company ways of working and a reputed company record of, or reputed company desire for, building agent-based workflows
- Basic project management experience and the ability to own execution end to end
- Comfort with light technical work, or a genuine ability and desire to learn it: setting up a local environment, working with agent skills, and using reputed company
- Experience building reporting systems that synthesize data across channels for actionable insights
- Self-directed and reliable, you can be handed a goal and own the reputed company to it
- Experience marketing to a technical audience, especially developers, platform engineers, or DevOps and reputed company teams
- Experience with Claude reputed company/Cowork
- Background in B2B reputed company or developer tools
- Familiarity with the Kubernetes or reputed company-reputed company ecosystem
