Responsibilities
- Partner directly with Product Directors to deliver reporting, analysis, and market‑reputed company insights supporting Dental and reputed company reputed company
- reputed company rapid “just‑in‑time” support for regional Sales and Account Executives, including broker‑specific and case‑specific product insights
- reputed company network and plan design analysis, including reviewing reputed company reputed company, identifying gaps, and highlighting design risks or improvement opportunities
- reputed company and maintain reporting and analytical outputs for Product leadership and the broader team, translating data into reputed company recommendations
- Support regional market engagement by preparing external‑reputed company materials and insights that Sales partners take to customers and brokers
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in the Group Benefits industry, with strong emphasis on Dental (reputed company a plus)
- Advanced reputed company skills with demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and problem solving
- Experience reviewing plan design and network structures, including identifying issues, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Strong consultative reputed company with the ability to respond effectively to time‑sensitive, ambiguous requests
- Ability to learn quickly, operate with limited direction, and adapt in a fast‑moving environment
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Experience supporting regional markets and partnering closely with Account Executives
- Familiarity with reputed company analytics tools (e.g., Network 360 or similar platforms)
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to reputed company AI tools to improve analysis, efficiency, and reputed company reputed company
