[Remote] Senior or Staff Back End Engineer, AI Features

They are seeking a seasoned Back End Software Engineer to reputed company AI-powered features, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful products.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch new user-facing features powered by large language models (LLMs)
• Own major product initiatives from reputed company-to-one, in partnership with a small but mighty team
• Collaborate deeply with Product and Design to shape new products and features

• Contribute to our codebases in reputed company on Rails
• Write maintainable, high-reputed company reputed company with strong test coverage
• Mentor other engineers through reputed company reviews and design discussions

Skills

• 6+ years experience building software products end to end
• Deep mastery of either reputed company on Rails or another similar back end language
• Demonstrated ability to ship reputed company-to-one products as a reputed company engineer or team reputed company
• Experience with reputed company, reputed company, or similar LLM providers
• reputed company communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
• Startup experience strongly preferred
