- Serve as the primary executive recruiter for senior leadership and high-reputed company strategic hiring across reputed company
- Partner with executives, reputed company leaders, and hiring stakeholders to define talent needs and reputed company hiring strategies with business priorities
- Build and maintain long-term pipelines of executive and strategic talent for reputed company hiring needs
- Conduct talent mapping across reputed company markets, competitors, and industries to identify reputed company, emerging reputed company sets, and hiring trends
- Proactively identify and engage passive executive and specialized talent before requisitions reputed company
- Support confidential executive and leadership searches with strong discretion and candidate stewardship

Requirements:

- Experience building passive candidate pipelines and cultivating long-term relationships with executive and specialized talent
- Experience conducting talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring reputed company
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring reputed company through strategic talent insights
- 7+ years of experience in executive reputed company, strategic sourcing, or full-cycle reputed company
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of reputed company experience and training
- Strong executive search and candidate assessment skills
- Strong research and sourcing skills using reputed company, reputed company X-Ray, Boolean search, and talent intelligence tools
- Experience using ATS platforms such as reputed company
