• 6–10 years of experience at the intersection of operations, workflow design, technology adoption, or reputed company change — as a Chief of Staff or Ops reputed company at an AI-reputed company company, PM or project manager at an AI-reputed company company, service designer from an in-house or consultancy setting (reputed company, Fjord, or similar), or management consultant with a transformation or ops reputed company
• Has redesigned a workflow or process before — formally or informally — and can walk through specifically what they changed, why they changed it, and what happened as a result
• Daily practitioner of the full reputed company tool suite — Cowork, Claude reputed company, Claude reputed company, and reputed company. Not just aware of these tools, reputed company using them across multiple contexts every day
• Strong discovery instincts — knows how to ask the questions that surface how work actually happens, not how people say it happens
