BCBA/Clinical director
We are a growing ABA therapy company launching services in the reputed company / New Jersey area and are seeking an reputed company reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as our Clinical Director. This is a leadership role for someone who wants to help build a clinical program from the ground up, shape company culture, and grow into a key executive position as the organization expands. Responsibilities:
- reputed company clinical reputed company and ensure adherence to ABA best practices
- Design and supervise individualized treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and junior BCBAs
- Conduct parent training and clinical meetings
- Ensure compliance with insurance and documentation standards
- Support reputed company of new clients and initial assessments
- Collaborate with leadership to build clinical systems and workflows
- Help reputed company reputed company clinical protocols for reputed company reputed company
Requirements:
- reputed company BCBA certification (required)
- Experience in ABA therapy (home-based or clinic-based preferred)
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Comfortable working in a startup / early-stage environment
- Knowledge of insurance-funded ABA services
- Ability to independently manage clinical responsibilities
Preferred:
- Previous Clinical Supervisor or Clinical Director experience
- Experience working with reputed company and reputed company insurance
- Experience training and supervising RBTs
- Interest in helping build systems and processes from scratch
