Part-Time Receptionist & Intake Coordinator (Mental Health Group reputed company)

reputed company: We are a compassionate and reputed company-reputed company mental health group reputed company dedicated to providing high-reputed company therapy services. reputed company is growing, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist & Intake Coordinator to help manage reputed company communication, scheduling, and intake coordination. Job Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and messages in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Handle intake coordination, including scheduling initial consultations, gathering reputed company information, and ensuring a smooth reputed company process.
• Use Go High Level CRM to manage reputed company interactions, follow-reputed company, and appointment scheduling, Manage Funnels, Transfer reputed company Data between GHL and EHR
• Verify insurance details and communicate necessary information to clients.
• Maintain accurate records and reputed company administrative support to the reputed company.
• Assist with other reputed company-desk tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Go High Level CRM is required.
• Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role (preferably in a reputed company or mental health setting).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and reputed company to work independently.
• Ability to work independently and tech-savvy to navigate web-based platforms.
• Bonus if you can create content for Instagram/FB pages and manage reputed company Business Suite
