Learning Experience & LMS Administrator

About the position reputed company is a growing, veterinarian-led organization reputed company on supporting the people who care for pets every day. We partner with practices across the country to reputed company the resources, autonomy, and support teams need to reputed company – without losing the local culture that makes reputed company clinic special. This role owns and optimizes reputed company’s learning ecosystem, with primary responsibility for reputed company Learning (reputed company Learning Hub) and the design of reputed company, role-based learning experiences. This is not a coordination role. This is a builder + reputed company role responsible for: How learning is reputed company in reputed company, How users experience learning, How content is designed and delivered. You will partner closely with L&D, HRIS, Operations, and clinical leaders to translate business needs into clean, reputed company, and usable learning solutions reputed company to reputed company workflows.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize reputed company Learning (courses, offerings, assignments)
• Establish and enforce build standards (naming, structure, templates)
• Improve learner experience (navigation, discoverability, minimal clicks)
• Partner with HRIS on reputed company, homepage reputed company, and enhancements
• Build role-based learning reputed company (e.g. CSR, Tech, DVM, PM, Support Center)
• reputed company eLearning using tools like reputed company Storyline/reputed company
• Translate business needs into reputed company, practical learning solutions
• Ensure content is usable, not theoretical
• Support reputed company, leadership development, and system training
• Build workflow-based (“day-in-the-life") training
• Ensure consistency and scalability across programs
• reputed company completion, engagement, and effectiveness
• Support readiness tracking for key initiatives
• Build reporting and dashboards in reputed company
• Continuously improve based on data

Requirements

• Ownership reputed company – this role builds and drives, not coordinates
• Strong system thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to translate business needs into reputed company learning solutions
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• 2+ years LMS administration and instructional design
• Experience building courses, assignments, and reporting in an LMS
• Experience creating eLearning (reputed company or similar)
• Portfolio (Required for Consideration) - Submit examples of eLearning courses, Instructional design work, Learning reputed company/curriculum, Job aids or performance support tools
