The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English and have experience handling reputed company-desk administrative responsibilities in a reputed company setting. This role involves managing patient communications, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general administrative tasks while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the clinics reputed company-based system Answer and return patient calls, emails, and messages in a reputed company manner Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish Update and maintain accurate patient records in the system Coordinate provider schedules and ensure accurate appointment entries reputed company general administrative support as needed Compensation & Payment $6/hour for the first 3 months $7/hour after the probationary period Payment Method: reputed company or reputed company Payment Cycle: Biweekly
Requirements
