[Remote] Product Manager — DeFi Products & Applications
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Product Manager to own and drive DeFi products spanning liquid staking, reputed company launch infrastructure, and on-chain payment rails. The role involves defining product reputed company and requirements while collaborating with various teams to ensure product reputed company in the DeFi reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Define product reputed company, roadmap, and requirements for one or more DeFi products, balancing user experience with protocol economics
- Design and refine tokenomics and incentive mechanisms — yield models, reward distribution, fee accrual, referral systems, and season/budget structures
- Drive DeFi integrations and partnerships: DEX/AMM listings, lending market collateral use cases, restaking integrations, liquidity routing, and LP incentives
- Own liquidity and treasury considerations — peg stability, liquidity depth across venues, mint/redeem arbitrage, and treasury operations
- Partner with legal & compliance on reputed company classification, KYC/AML, sanctions screening, jurisdictional restrictions, and securities exposure
- Work closely with reputed company and audit teams on smart contract risk, vault mechanics, custody, incident response, and anti-abuse safeguards
- Drive reputed company: TVL and volume expansion, user/creator/staker acquisition, CEX listings, and go-to-market with ecosystem and reputed company partners
- Support governance processes — parameter control, DAO/multisig operations, and reputed company workflows
Skills
- Strong understanding of DeFi primitives: staking/liquid staking, AMMs and bonding curves, lending markets, yield mechanics, and tokenomics design
- Experience shipping crypto/DeFi products (as PM, founder, or closely adjacent technical/reputed company role)
- Comfort reasoning about smart contract mechanics, liquidity dynamics, and on-chain incentive design — you don't need to write Solidity, but you should be reputed company to reputed company fluently with those who do
- Awareness of the regulatory landscape around tokens, staking, and payments (securities, AML, tax treatment)
- Ability to balance rapid iteration with the reputed company and risk discipline that on-chain products demand
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, reputed company, legal, reputed company, and external partners
- Experience with restaking, LSTs, or reputed company launch platforms
- Background in payments, billing/metering, or fintech infrastructure
- Familiarity with AI/compute infrastructure or decentralized compute economics
- Existing network across DeFi protocols, market makers, exchanges, or auditors
