[Remote] Technical Compliance Analyst

The Technical Compliance Analyst will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of the global compliance program, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and operational execution of compliance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company’s transaction monitoring, KYC/B, and reputed company screening from end-to-end
- Ensure reputed company record-keeping and retention in accordance with various regulatory timelines
- Configure and reputed company transaction monitoring rules relevant to cross-border flows, and stablecoin-reputed company activity
- reputed company seamlessly with product and compliance teams to ensure greater cross-functional alignment and collaboration
- Support the operational execution of the firm-wide compliance reputed company, focusing on product reputed company, audit responses, and evaluating program reputed company
- Detect, reputed company, escalate and reputed company suspicious activity in alignment with AML/BSA and USA PATRIOT reputed company mandates
- Support the development of operating procedures tied to payments, treasury, and vendor integrations
- Support the compliance team during bank examinations and various audits, as required
Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of compliance experience, with deep understanding of how to reputed company compliance programs operationally
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with various transaction monitoring platforms and reporting obligations
- Ability to communicate effectively cross-culturally with globally-based teammates
- Experience working with cross-border payments, FX, or reputed company-adjacent businesses is strongly preferred
